NYX Secret return policy lasts 60 days. After receiving your product if you are unsatisfied after 60 days please follow these guidelines in order to receive a Return/Refund.
We are happy to free refund or exchange any unopened, undamaged products within 60 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If you are unsatisfied for whatever reason, please contact our 24-hour support staff at support@nyxseret to receive the return address.
Once a product has been returned, as soon as it is delivered to the return address a full refund will be processed.
If an order consists of two or more products but the customer wants to return only one of the products, please contact our 24-hour support staff at email@example.com to receive the return address.
Once a product has been returned, as soon as it is delivered to the return address a Partial Refund will be processed for the amount of the product.
Once a product is returned and accepted at the return address the customer will be fully refunded, funds may take up to 2-3 business days to appear in your bank account.
What is the policy for broken products?
If a product is damaged or you are unhappy with the product please contact support@nyxsecret. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and you will be given the return address to send your product to.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
